The measurement and testing department has been expanded with the addition of two ZEISS units to perform very high precision measurements.
The Zeiss Prismo Ultra coordinate measuring machine detects measurements with a precision of 0.1 µm and is used to optimize roundness measurements and checks.
The Zeiss Accura II portal measuring machine allows for increased precision of bearing measurement checks up to 2200mm in external diameter.
Both units are installed inside two climate-controlled rooms at a constant temperature of 20°C to eliminate any risk of inaccuracy in the measurements taken.
